Cancellation

Can I cancel a product?

Every insurance typically caters for the prospect of cancellation. Since most insurance is an annual contract, you've signed yourself up to a deal that lasts that long. If you want to cancel part way through the insurance some extr terms and an additional fee may be applied. We won't apply one, but our partner insurers may - and they may not refund premium or a pro rata sum.

It usually depends on the circumstances - rest assured, we're humans and we know sometimes things outlive their usefulness. Tell us about it, via Pouch, and hopefully we can help.

Do I need a receipt for the insured item?

Yes, you need some form of proof of ownership so keep hold of them!

In the event of a claim you will need to provide receipts for all the items you intend to claim for.

Please ensure your receipt has the same family name (or in the case of a gift receipt it must have your name on it), and if relating to a mobile phone, it must include the IMEI number of your item.

Our partner insurer will only accept receipts from UK VAT registered companies.
