OUR SERVICE:

We do not sell insurance, our activities are not regulated and our content does not offer an advised service or any kind, and in using it you have not been in receipt of a recommendation in respect of any specific product, range of product options or via our panel of insurers.

Instead, we have provided you with the User Generated Content provided to our platform by Providers and Buyers respectively in the form of Product Listings and Product Reviews. Please review our Privacy policy for more guidance on how we work with your data.

Our Services Include:

- Reviews for insurance experiences.

- the Peaccce.com Wallet

- Peaccce Pro, including Car QR.

HONEST AND ACCURATE REVIEWS

Buyers: You must take reasonable care not to make a misrepresentation to our platform in respect of reviews for products and services you have experienced. This means that all the reviews you provide and comments you make as part of your insurance reviews, should be honest and accurate. If you deliberately or carelessly misinform other buyers, this could result in further action being taken.

PART 1: TERMS OF SERVICE - GENERAL SITE

Welcome to Peaccce.com which is a trading entity of Worry+Peace Technology Ltd (“we” “us” “our” or “the Company”). We are a social network for insurance and have a website at www.peaccce.com (the “Site”). These terms of use, together with any other documents, policies and terms referred to herein, set out the terms of use under which you may use this Site and our services (the “Terms”).

Any reference to “you” in these Terms includes yourself and any person that accesses or uses the Site and the services we make available via the Site (the “Services”) on your behalf (“you” or the “Buyer”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site and note that these Terms are inclusive of our Privacy and Cookie Policy and any guidelines we may adopt from time to time. By using our Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. These Terms apply every time you use our Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site.

1. INFORMATION ABOUT US

2. WE MAY SUSPEND OR WITHDRAW OUR SITE

  • Our site is made available free of charge.
  • We do not guarantee that our Site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
  • You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

3. REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT

  • In order to use our Services, you must first sign up for an account via the Website by filling out a form (Sign up Form) or by responding to an invite from an insurance company (Provider). If we accept your registration, you will be able to access and use the Services. We may at any time and without notice remove, change or alter the Services on your account. We may also offer additional services which shall be governed by these Terms.
  • Our acceptance of your registration when you sign up for Services will take place when we send you a welcome email to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. As a Buyer, you will sign up for an account and make use of the Services by providing reviews of services on the Site.

4. YOU MUST KEEP YOUR DETAILS SAFE

  • If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
  • We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
  • If you know or suspect that anyone other than you know your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at support@peaccce.com

5. YOUR REVIEWS AND CONTENT

  • The Providers can download the review content you post on the Site. By using our Services, you grant us and the Providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, fully transferable, sub-licensable, perpetual licence to use, display, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, store, and prepare derivative works of yours to operate and promote the Site, in any format and through any channels, including across any third-party website or advertising medium. The content will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose it to third parties.
  • We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
  • You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site.
  • You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
  • Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.
  • You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
  • If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

6. CONTENT STANDARDS

    • These content standards apply to any and all material that you upload or contribute to our Site (contributions), and to any interactive services associated with it. You must comply with the spirit and the letter of the following standards. The standards apply to each part of any contribution as well as to its whole.
    • You must only post a review about a business if you have had a genuine interaction with that business and have no conflict of interest in that business.
    • Contributions must be accurate (where they state facts), genuinely held (where they state opinions) and comply with applicable law in the UK and in any country from which they are posted.
  • Contributions must not:
    • Contain any material that is defamatory of any person;
    • Contain any material that is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
    • Promote sexually explicit material;
    • Promote violence;
    • Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
    • Infringe any copyright, database right or trademark of any other person;
    • Be likely to deceive any person;
    • Be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
    • Be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;
    • Promote any illegal activity;
    • Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
    • Be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;
    • Give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case; and
    • Advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
  • We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of, or for any opinions, views, or values expressed in any posts, comments or other content posted by users. Any such opinions, views, or values are those of the relevant user and do not reflect our opinions, views, or values in any way.
  • We are not responsible and assume no liability for you, other Providers and the Buyers on the Website and any other third party conduct on the Website or while using our Services. This includes any reviews or other content posted by the Buyers or the Providers ‘User Content’ and ‘Provider Content’ respectively or any information on third-party websites that the Site may link to the User Content and the Provider Content do not represent our (including our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors or shareholders) opinion.

7. OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES

  • We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.
  • Minor changes to the services and products used to perform services:
    • to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and
    • to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a security threat. These changes will not affect your use of the product or service.
  • More significant changes to the services and these terms. We may make material changes to these terms or the services offered, but if we do so we will notify you and if this will materially affect your use of the Services, you may then contact us to end the contract and terminate your account.
  • We are not responsible for events outside our control. If our Services is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect.
  • Reasons we may suspend the services. We may suspend the service to:
    • deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes;
    • update the services to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements;
    • make changes to the services as requested by you or notified by us to you.

8. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

  • We may terminate your right to access and use the services offered on the Website at any time for any reason without liability.
  • You can terminate your account at any time.

9. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICE

  • If you have any questions or complaints about the Services or the content of other users, please contact us by email at support@peaccce.com and we will look into your complaint.

10. OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU

  • We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.
  • We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the services.
  • We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the services for domestic and private use. If you use the services for any commercial or business purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

11. HOW WE MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy

12. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation.
  • You need our consent to transfer your rights to someone else (except that you can always transfer our guarantee).
  • Nobody else has any rights under this contract (except someone you pass your guarantee on to). This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
  • If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
  • Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you but we continue to provide the services, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.

13. GOVERNING LAW

  • These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the services in the English courts.

PART 2: CAR QR - PEACCCE PRO SERVICES

This service requires payment to access and may not be relevant to all users of peaccce.com.

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 These Acceptable Use Terms (“Terms”) apply between you, the User and Peaccce, a trading entity of Worry+Peace Technology Ltd a company registered in England and our registered office is at 79 Straight Bit, Flackwell Heath, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England, HP10 9NE (“Peaccce” or “we” or “us”).
1.2 Please read these Terms carefully, as they affect your legal rights. Your agreement to these Terms is deemed to occur when you click ‘Accept’. You may then submit a pre-selected message (a “Peaccce Message”)to a vehicle owner (“Vehicle Owner”).

1.3 Please read these Terms in conjunction with the Peaccce Privacy Notice.

2. USING THE PEACCCE MESSAGING SERVICE

2.1 If you send a Peaccce Message, it is at the sole discretion of the Vehicle Owner whether or not they wish to reply to you and Peaccce is not responsible for obtaining a response on your behalf. You should not contact Peaccce if you do not receive a response.
2.2 If the Vehicle Owner does reply to you, you will receive a SMS from Peaccce stating you have a message, along with a link to access the secure messaging platform (the “Peaccce Messaging Service” or the “Service”).
2.3 If you communicate with the Vehicle Owner by any other means other than through the Peaccce Messaging Service (for example, you share your direct email or telephone number in a Peaccce Message) you do so entirely at your own risk and with no further involvement from Peaccce.

3. SECURITY

3.1 It is important to us that you feel secure while you use the Service. We will therefore never share your contact details with the Vehicle Owner. Only you can decide to share them with the Vehicle Owner and communicate outside of the Peaccce Messaging Service. Please review our Privacy Notice for further details about how we process your personal information.
3.2 Any Vehicle Owner that you communicate with through the Peaccce Messaging Service will be a Peaccce member and be subject to the same or similar terms to these Terms. If at any time the Vehicle Owner is in breach of these Terms, or for any other reason and at any time, you may ‘block’ any further communications.

3.3 If you receive any abusive or otherwise offensive messages in breach of these Terms, please let us know by emailing our team here: support@peaccce.com. The Vehicle Owner will receive a warning and if it is deemed that any serious or criminal behaviour has occurred we may take further action, including reporting such activity to the police.

4. PROHIBITED USES

4.1 Please take care when using the Peaccce Messaging Service and follow the restrictions below to ensure the best possible experience for all Users.

4.2 If you upload proprietary content, including but not limited to text, graphics, pictures, documents or any other types of data or information (“User Content”) to the Peaccce Messaging Service, interact with other Users, or interact with the Service in any other way, you agree not to:

4.2.1 knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any User Content that contains viruses, malware or any other harmful computer code designed to adversely affect our Service;

4.2.2 be offensive to other Users, such as sharing User Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

4.2.3 harass or advocate harassment of another person;

4.2.4 transmit "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";

4.2.5 promote information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;

4.2.6 impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

4.2.7 display pornographic or sexually explicit material;

4.2.8 provide material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;

4.2.9 provide instructional information about illegal activities of any kind;

4.2.10 solicit passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users; and

4.2.11 engage in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.

4.3 You must use the Service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. TERMINATION - CAR QR MESSAGING

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Peaccce Messaging Service if you engage in any of the Prohibited Uses outlined above, or for technical or operational reasons.

6. DISCLAIMER

Peaccce is providing the Peaccce Messaging Service solely as an intermediary to enable you to communicate with the Vehicle Owner. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, we will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service and you use the Service at your own risk. We are providing the Service on an ‘as is’ basis make no express or implied promises about its operation, the purposes for which you use it, its reliability or freedom from errors or viruses. We do not promise that any information provided by us is accurate or complete. We do not control, and are not responsible for, controlling how or when our Users use our Service. We are not responsible for and are not obligated to control the actions or information (including User Content) of our Users or other third parties. You release us and our directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents (together, the “Peaccce Parties”) from any claim, complaint, cause of action, dispute, or damages (together, “claim”), known and unknown, relating to, arising out of, or in any way connected with any such claim you have against any third parties, or in defence of any such claims. Your rights with respect to the Peaccce Parties are not modified by the foregoing disclaimer if the laws of your country or territory of residence, applicable as a result of your use of our Service, do not permit it.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Peaccce Messaging Service and the Site belong to us or our third party licensors. You do not obtain any rights, including ownership or licence rights, by using the Service.

8. GENERAL

8.1 These Terms may be varied by us from time to time. Such revised terms will apply to the Peaccce Messaging Service from the date of publication. Please check the Terms regularly for updates.

8.2 If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these Terms (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms will not be affected.

8.3 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under these Terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

9. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Peaccce uses Stripe to accept payment by most major credit or debit cards, where registered to UK addresses.

10. DELIVERY OF GOODS

We aim to send your goods within 24 hours of receiving your order. All items are sent via 1st class Royal Mail post. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following business day.

Any delay in deliveries will not entitle you to compensation or refunds, unless we have not delivered the goods within 14 days from date of order. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only and we cannot be held liable for any costs incurred if delivery is delayed. Please be aware that Royal Mail First Class postal service can take up to 7 days. This is under the terms of Royal Mail and is out of our control.

Delivery of an Order shall be completed when we deliver the Goods to the delivery address given in the Order.

The Goods will be your responsibility from the time of delivery.

Where the courier is unable to deliver the Goods, they will either attempt to deliver to a neighbour, attempt to redeliver the following day, leave a card for you to rearrange a suitable time for redelivery or leave the parcel at your local Post Office for you to collect.

We shall have no liability for any delay in delivery of the Goods, or failure to deliver the Goods, where the delay or failure is caused either by an Event Outside Our Control or your failure to provide us with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Goods.

11. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If you change your mind and no longer want an item that you have purchased and we have delivered, you have the right to return those Goods within 28 days from receipt of the Goods and receive a refund.

You will be required to post the product back to peaccce offices before a refund will be issued.

Our return address is: Peaccce HQ, Mill House, Soho Studios, Town Lane, Wooburn Green, Buckinghamshire, HP10 0PF Postal Returns.

  • Before returning your QR code, please inform us by emailing support@peaccce.comwith a reason for your return.
  • Please try to use the original packaging when sending your items back and make sure it's securely packaged; Peaccce cannot be held responsible for any damage during posting.
  • Make sure you take your parcel to your local Post Office in enough time for it to get to us within 28 days of you receiving your order.
  • Please note returns made by post are at the customers' own expenses.

12. FAULTY ITEMS

If the QR sticker is not working, please contactsupport@peaccce.comor contact us on our live chat facility online. Faulty items will be examined and where applicable a refund will be sent to your account within 28 days.
