Pouch

Our present, just for you!

Is it just us, or are insurance salespeople, their adverts, brand mascots and general demeanours often a bit, well, annoying and intrusive? We know we’re not alone. Pouch is the place for all your insurance. We’ve made a free tool to connect our own self-service products, and the products we stock “offline” into one digital experience. As if that wasn’t unique enough, we also let you load, store and organise products you’ve bought from elsewhere….they will be reminders for you when renewals are due.

If we were like the rest, we’d use this tool to find out all we can about you and sell to you. But we want you to choose to work with us. That’s why, as standard, we DON’T check out your Pouch and start “cross-selling” our wares to you.

You know we’re a purveyor of insurance, and in your own good, and very valuable time, we’re confident you’ll give us a try - in the meantime, you’re privacy is procted. Pouch is your insurance sanctuary.

It’s worth mentioning - some customers have actively requested we offer alternatives to their products, come renewal. This is the most amazing honour. But we don’t want to assume this is either a norm, nor a majority. So, from August, all profiles will be able to control and “toggle” their preferences to request alternatives from our own suite of products and services.

This will make you all-powerful. In total control of your insurance experience and the king or queen of Pouch.

Congratulations, it’s all for you.

(If you have an idea to make Pouch better, simply send us an email, hop on livechat, or send us a nudge...)
